If a copyright if found to have been willfully be violated, the offending ad will be removed and no refund will be provided. If a copyright has accidentally been violated, the donor will be given the choice of replacing the image or removing it.

HeroDedications.com is a family-friendly site. Uploading pornography or other adult-oriented content into tile images or dedication images is strictly forbidded and considered a violation of our terms of use. Should we determine that a dedication tile violates our terms of use, the offending tile shall be removed and the donation amount WILL NOT be refunded.

Any and all information, materials, product offerings, services, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

This website is not directed to children. You must be 18 and own a valid credit card to purchase dedication tiles.

Illegal Use
